Did you know that yearly, one of every five deaths in the United States is caused by smoking? According to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, over 16 million Americans have a chronic disease caused by smoking. If you have been smoking most of your life, there is still time to quit. Quitting smoking at any age improves your health, self-esteem, and adds years of life.
